Ms. Theresa Goh has been the Managing Founder of 360 Dynamics for over 25 years. She began her career at IBM as a software engineer and later established boutique businesses that focus on organizational strategy and development, leadership acquisition, assessment and development, and executive coaching for clients across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. She has successfully delivered these services to startups and established organisations in the private and public sector and cheerfully contributes her expertise to the charity sector.
As the appointed chairperson of the Charity Council, she collaborates closely with the Commissioner of Charities to govern over 2,000 charities in Singapore, aiming to achieve the highest level of public trust. Additionally, she serves as the Vice-President of the National Council of Social Service, overseeing the needs of the social sector. Theresa has also served as a Board member with the Agency for Integrated Care that oversee the needs of the aging population in Singapore and the Governing Council of the Singapore Institute of Directors, where she remains a Fellow and Senior Accredited Director. She is a past Chairperson of SATA CommHealth and played a significant role in the startup of CNPL (The Centre for Non-Profit Leadership), where she later became Chairperson.
Currently, she is an Independent Director of publicly listed Parkway Life Reits and a member of both the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Theresa is passionate about uniting leaders from the Public, For-Profit, Non-Profit, and People sectors to create a collective impact. In 2021, she authored the book 'Leading for Good,' which guides leaders in defining their innate purpose for doing good and collaborating to achieve the right outcomes.
