Ms Theresa Goh is the Managing Founder of 360 Dynamics for over 25 years. She started work-life with IBM and went on to establish boutique businesses working with clients on organizational development, leadership acquisition, development, and executive coaching. What she has created and delivered to the private sector; she cheerfully contributes to the charity sector.
She is appointed Vice-President of the National Council of Social Service. She recently retired from the board of the Agency for Integrated Care and the Governing Council of Singapore Institute of Directors where she remains a Fellow and Senior Accredited Director. She was the Immediate Past Chairperson of SATA CommHealth and was heavily involved in CNPL (The Centre for Non-Profit Leadership) startup, where she later became Chairperson. Theresa is passionate about bringing together leaders from the Public, For-Profit, Non-Profit, and People sectors to create collective impact. She has authored a 2021 book ‘Leading for Good’ to guide leaders to define their innate purpose for doing good and to do the right things.
