Steven is an award winning veteran in the media industry with over two decades of experience behind him. A familiar face at Channel News Asia, he currently helms the show Talking Point. Prior to that he hosted the early morning show – AM Live! as well as evening bulletins such as Singapore Tonight. Outside of work, Steven is an active volunteer. He sits on the board of the Young Men’s Christian Association of Singapore, is a District Councilor for the Southwest Community Development Council and is also a member of the National University of Singapore Communications and New Media Industry and Advisory Council. But the role he feels most proud of is that of being a father to two young children. When it comes to time with kids, he believes in the notion of "the more the merrier". Steven also dreams of the day when kids in Singapore will spend more time at play than at tuition.
