Having worked in regional business hubs like Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai, Wei Li brings with her over 25 years of experience in audit and consulting.

As a Partner at KPMG in Singapore’s risk consulting practice, she focuses on enterprise risk management, corporate governance, compliance review and internal audit services. She has spearheaded the review of corporate governance practices in publicly listed companies and pre-IPO entities, ensuring alignment with governance guidelines. Additionally, she regularly conducts risk management workshops to help companies develop and refine key risk indicators and risk treatment action plans.

Wei Li has also led governance and compliance review projects to ensure that charities comply with the Code of Governance for Charities and IPC as well as Charities’ regulations.

She has co-authored thought leaderships publications for the public and charitable sector on risk and controls. Her latest write-up focuses on ERM 2.0 for Charity Sector that delves into lessons learned from COVID-19, new and emerging risks, as well as business continuity management.​
