​​Commissioner of Charities Releases Annual Report for 2023​​

Together with the Charity Council, the Office of the Commissioner of Charities (COC) carried out many initiatives during the year to promote good governance and transparency, and enhance the competencies and capabilities of charities.

The COC Annual Report highlights (a) the efforts to maintain a regulatory framework that remains relevant and effective in supporting the good work of our charities, and (b) key statistics in the charity sector.​

To provide up-to-date statistics on the charity sector, the annual receipts and annual donations received by the charity sector in financial years ended 2022 and 2023 have been disclosed and presented together in this report.​
